A nod to the famous Old England Department Store opened in 1867 (now missing) and located in Paris 12 boulevard des Capucines where the French and English tradition rubbed shoulders and offered the man, true gentlemen, the most beautiful fabrics of most prestigious French and English draperies.

This scarf evokes this memory and this sumptuous period of the fascinating stuffs made for man. It is a reflection of this know-how and masculine elegance.

Une écharpe So chic et luxe, parfaite le soir sur une tenue de ville mais aussi portée plus désinvolte sur un look plus décontracté pour les grand froids.

The fabric of your luxury scarf

This tailor-made fabric is a reflection of the French and English know-how of the time woven with processes that have now disappeared.

Synonymous with luxury, the prestige of this fabric is due to its thermoregulatory capacity, with a good capacity of insulation and a flexibility which facilitates the movement, this precious fabric is a must
Of a very good aplomb, while remaining flexible despite its weight of 270 g / m

Beautiful and of very good quality, with a soft, inimitable hand, which seduces and invites to touch its touch is very comparable to Kashmir.

Treat it and stick to it knowing that you own a most exclusive scarf.

Composition: 80% Pure Virgin Lamb Wool, 20% Silk

To preserve all the prestigious quality of your scarf, I recommend Dry Cleaning.

In any case, an exclusive tailoring fabric, in such prestigious compositions, such as a cashmere or a pure virgin lamb wool, is intended to be put into the washing machine.

That is why it is important to pay the greatest attention to it.

After use, always undo your scarf and store it preferably laid flat without marking the folds, or hanging on a hanger.

Do not hang your scarf on the hook of a coat door to avoid unsightly deformation.

If your scarf is wrinkled, which is normal because your scarf is made of natural fibers, if it does not wrinkle, it is because it contains unnatural synthethic fibers allowing the fabric not to wrinkle, in this case , your scarf, would be no more precious and natural than what Philippe Gaber proposes. But do not worry the scarves are ironing, and can be very simply uncropped using a steam iron or steamer

I recommend using a piece of cotton or keeping the tissue paper packing your scarf as a wet paw by placing it, between your scarf and the iron, to avoid burning or polishing your scarf.

You can use steam.

Care tips from PhilippeGaber

Wash your handkerchief at 30/40 ° C with similar colors using a detergent without optical brighteners, and without bleaching agents
Embroidered thread of 100% viscose Enka, does not fade and can be washed up to 90 °.
The thread will remain silky and luminous over time.
Do not use whitening agents for your embroidered handkerchiefs.
Dry in the open air on a wire or flat.
For an eco-responsible gesture, avoid using the fabric softener and replace it in the tray provided for this purpose with white vinegar!
Indeed, the vinegar is used to purify the linen, eliminates a large number of stains and makes disappear the unpleasant odors while preserving the colors and especially, it is a natural softener which softens the water and makes your laundry softer of more , and at the same time descaling your machine, 100% natural and organic!
To remove all grease stains, use Sommières earth (powdered stone, Montmorillonite) It is a 100% natural and ecological clay, safe for man and the environment.
Sprinkle a small pile of Sommières earth on your task and let it work overnight. The grease stain will peel off and come to nestle in the powder. Finally, to remove residues, shake the fabric or brush. This treatment can be renewed as many times as necessary because it will not damage the tissue.
Ironing: To have easier for ironing, I advise you to iron your handkerchief still slightly wet.
If it is already dry, moisten your handkerchief with a spray bottle, place it in an airtight plastic bag for half an hour to evenly distribute the moisture, and especially relax the fibers which will allow you to have a much easier ironing. (A very effective board for ironing for handkerchiefs but also shirts!)
