RIGHT TO RETRACT

10 EXCHANGE and RETURN

ARTICLE 11 : Garanty

RIGHT OF COMPLIANCE AND WARRANTY :

PhilippeGaber carry out a check on the non-conformity of the product which, if confirmed, will automatically result in refunds to the Customer. This refund will be made on the bank account in the Product order within thirty (30) days after receipt by PhilippeGaber of nonconforming product. This refund will also include the repayment of initial delivery if all delivered products is returned. If the entire order is not returned in full, no refund of the original shipping charges will be made. Any risk associated with returning Product remains at the Customer.
